Putting people first
Our model is placed around the individuals and families who need access to disability housing. It’s a collaborative model bringing together the best from the sector.
We’re working with selected Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers who have a deep understanding of the accommodation requirements that meet their tenants’ needs and work at scale.
We’re working with chosen Specialist Disability Accommodation developers who can build quality homes, in appropriate areas. Together, we conduct social housing needs analysis and demographic composition of each subject site.
Synergis Fund provides the investment to drive optimum housing solutions between SDA developers, SILs and the SILs tenants. Residents are introduced to the SDA provider by the SILs or in some instances, through other tenancy matching arrangements.
We believe that working collaboratively with others helps overcome the complexities in disability housing and yields better results for people living with disability and investors.
